HTFansClub Return & Refund Policy

At HTFansClub, we strive to provide high-quality collectibles and blind box surprises to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have implemented the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Opened Blind Boxes & Collectibles

All sales of blind boxes, collectibles, and surprise items are final. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind or if the packaging has been opened. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of blind box purchases.

2. Defective or Damaged Items (Must Report Within 7 Days)

If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing issue, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase. To request a replacement or store credit, please provide:

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

Resolution Options:

  • Exchange for the same product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Refund (only if the item is out of stock and an exchange is not possible)

Please note: Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or wear and tear is not eligible for a return.

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

4. No Returns/Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before completing your order.

5. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

6. Final Sale Items
